Taking Advantage of Calm Waves
If there’s anything that boaters at Haulover Inlet love to do, it’s ripping through the waterway when the waves are relaxed and the risk is less.
Despite the aforementioned mitigation, that doesn’t mean that the ride is any smoother for young children riding on the bow with no PFD (personal flotation device) or random fishermen who decide they are ready to get to the spot as fast as possible.
These boats still take quite a stuffing as their captains zoom past; here’s hoping there’s no significant damage for more great boating times ahead.
